At Beastmaker, we stand by the quality of our climbing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all products are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
